the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, especially at the restaurant. we've been coming here for over 20 years and the charm of the hotel never gets old. the facilities are excellent, with a ski pass machine in reception and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

One bed request wasn't honored.

We were devastated when a family tragedy forced us to cancel our trip to this hotel. However, Melia Sierra Nevada showed utmost compassion and support during our difficult time. We are eagerly looking forward to experiencing their renowned service and hospitality firsthand. Their location, just seconds away from the lifts, promises an amazing stay. highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of town with easy access to the ski lifts. It made getting around so convenient for us. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing retreat after a day on the slopes. The bathroom was modern and the towels were big and fluffy, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. We also enjoyed the fantastic breakfast with its wide variety of options to choose from. The spa and pool area were excellent, offering a great place to unwind and relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sierra Nevada! The cleanliness was impeccable, with everything from the rooms to the pool and spa area being new and very clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a spacious reception area and a luxurious lounge. The location in Sierra Nevada was perfect, just a short walk away from amenities and with lovely views of the skiing and lifts. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options and staff who were attentive and accommodating. Finally, the staff at this hotel were incredible, always helpful and professional, and many of them spoke multiple languages.

Perfectly located in the heart of the town, with easy access to the ski lifts, this hotel is a dream for skiers. You'll save valuable time by having the slopes just a stone's throw away. The rooms offer spacious comfort, and the bathrooms are equipped with Ritual products for a touch of luxury. The helpfulness of the Reception staff and the free use of the spa facilities are also major advantages.

The a la carte restaurant falls short in terms of service and food quality.

Great Location: Fantastic position, right next to the ski lifts and all the restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, within easy walking distance of everything.

Very Hot Rooms: Despite turning the radiators off, the rooms were extremely hot and stuffy requiring regular window opening.

Great location for skiing, with easy access to the slopes and ski rental store on premises. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms.-Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options.

Overrated restaurant with below-average food for the price. Having to purchase swimming caps and flip flops to use the pool, despite it being free.

Excellent breakfast, convenient location for skiing and exploring the town. Clean and cozy room with a quiet view. Helpful staff. Nice spa with varied jets. Ski lockers and nearby car park made it easy to access the slopes and load/unload.

Great location in the middle of the resort, close to the ski lift. Lockers for ski equipment within the hotel. Restaurant and bodega were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect place for a family with young children.
