The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the free high-speed WiFi was a great bonus. The breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Helsinki.

The hotel had good amenities such as a kettle and free tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the room. The location was also great, right in the center of town near transport links and shops. I also enjoyed the spacious and comfortable beds in the room.

The floor in the room was not cleaned throughout my stay, and the bathroom door had spills from previous guests that were not cleaned either. The wifi also worked poorly, which was frustrating when my travel companion needed to work.

The breakfast spread is a delightful surprise with self-baked waffles, local sausages, and a variety of juices. The hotel is also conveniently located near a tram station, making transportation a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel, despite the occasional long queues during breakfast and the labyrinth-like layout.
