I recently stayed at a hotel in the Alps for 2 nights and had a great time at the Sol Y Nieve. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and I loved the fact that there was no air conditioning in the hotel rooms. It added to the authenticity and allowed us to experience the natural climate of the mountains. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. The parking was also easy, which was vital during the busy ski season. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, and I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

That the room service food could be overcooked at times.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a fantastic location. It was great to come back to a relaxing and inviting atmosphere after a fun evening out. The hotel is situated right in the middle of everything, with shops, bars, restaurants, and the ski lift just a stone's throw away. Furthermore, the staff were warm and friendly, always ready to assist. Although they seemed slightly inexperienced at times, their helpfulness made up for it. I appreciate that they let us check in early and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located in the mountains, just a short distance from the main square where there are many bars for apres ski drinks. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had fantastic facilities, including a kids club and a beautiful spa with a sauna and steam rooms.

There was an issue with the card system, which caused a delay of 40 minutes in obtaining the card to access the slopes.

The upgraded Level experience was worth it for a relaxing après-ski with superb staff and personalized services. Ski locker room close to lifts. Breakfast had good variety despite being busy. Friendly staff and convenient location.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms, which made it uncomfortable on warmer days and forced us to open the windows, leading to noise disturbances. The price for the hotel stay was quite high compared to similar accommodations in other locations.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the spa area was beautiful. the saunas were also very good. I stayed in the Level room and the lounge was perfect. I didn't even feel the need to leave the hotel because everything I needed was right there. the ski lifts were conveniently close and I loved that I could order skipasses right at the hotel, saving me from standing in long queues. the ski storage room in the hotel was also very convenient. I will definitely choose this same hotel again next time!
