Some staff members at the Spar Restaurant seemed too busy to provide proper explanations.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The pools were lovely and the complex was clean and comfortable. Despite some disruption from a film crew, I still had a great time and would recommend this hotel. I had a fantastic birthday treat and will definitely be revisiting in the near future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the room was very good and the hotel itself was in excellent condition. the highlight for me was the spa facilities, especially the thermal pool. It was truly extraordinary. the setting and history of the hotel added to the overall experience. the ambience in the Casino garden was also very special. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and in fact, some friends of mine are visiting next weekend. the receptionist Tina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, even giving us a guided tour of the premises upon our arrival.
