The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of town, right next to the main plaza and in the pedestrian area. It offers easy access to all the attractions and events happening in town, such as The Roman Festival and Fiestas de San Froilan. Guests enjoyed comfortable rooms, with spacious bathrooms and lovely balconies. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service. Additionally, the hotel offered a discount voucher for nearby car parking.

The view from the bedrooms was not pleasant, but considering the excellent price and the fact that guests were mainly there to sleep, it was not a major issue.

After 10 days of sleeping in albergues, the Hotel Mendez Nunez was a definite treat. The location next to the main plaza was perfect, and we loved the amazing rooftop restaurant for our meals. The well worth it breakfast fueled us for our journey back on the Camino. We were so impressed with this place that we even decided to take a day off from walking and explore the beautiful city. The late checkout option was phenomenal, the hotel was very clean and well-appointed, and the staff spoke great English.

Great central location in the heart of the pedestrian zone, perfect for exploring the city. Convenient parking options available nearby, either for a lower price or with a hotel arrangement. Breakfast served on the 6th floor with a terrace offering a beautiful view of the old town. Comfortable and spacious room with a large en suite. The king size bed was excellent. The hotel is close to Rua Costa, where you can find a variety of traditional taperias and restaurants.

Staff assistance was inconsistent. The lady who greeted us upon arrival was not very helpful or informative, but after speaking with another staff member later, we received more assistance and recommendations.
