Enjoyed a lovely business trip due to the excellent location. Close proximity to many key spots and easy accessibility to public transport was a huge plus. the complementary breakfast and coffee were lovely touches that added to the overall experience.

The room was a bit small and felt cramped. the Wi-Fi also had weak coverage which made staying connected a bit tough.

Superb location, excellent staff, well-equipped rooms, clean and modern bathroom, good breakfast variety, friendly and helpful staff.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center and close to a great restaurant. The receptionist, Noellia, provided excellent service and was very helpful throughout our stay. The room was small but clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. We had a wonderful view from our window, overlooking the charming architecture of the surrounding buildings.

The lobby bathrooms were not as nice as the rest of the hotel.

We were initially placed in a small room without working air conditioning, but after informing Noelia of the issue, she promptly moved us to a spacious and clean junior suite. The new room was everything we could have asked for - comfortable, well-appointed, and a significant upgrade in quality. We were extremely pleased with the willingness of the hotel staff to rectify the situation and make our stay enjoyable. The included breakfast was served in a nice, clean room, and it was a bonus not to have to worry about finding a place to eat in the morning. despite a few minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming staff, room upgrades, and breakfast options.

There were a few downsides to my stay. there were some building works going on in the area, which resulted in loud noise during the early morning hours.
