The staff at Super Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho were incredibly kind and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. The hotel also offered convenient baggage storage options and a laundry service at a very affordable price. The breakfast provided was delicious, and they had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was close to train stations, making it easy to explore Tokyo.

Great location for Shinjuku exploring, plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable and had a good variety of options. Staff were nice and accommodating. Room size was manageable and amenities were satisfactory. Free goodies for female guests were a nice touch.

I loved the location of the hotel! It was so convenient to walk to Shinjuku Station and there were plenty of restaurants around. Plus, the staff were always so friendly and helpful with recommendations. I would definitely recommend Super Hotel to friends.

Super Hotel was just a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku subway and bus stations, making it convenient for exploring the city. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the nearby restaurants, especially the delicious ramen place. the rooms were a typical size for Japan, and the price was excellent for the value I received.

Enjoyed the variety and quality of breakfast, and free bath set gift for women per night. the location was convenient for getting around the city and finding good meals. swapping out pillows was a great amenity that made our stay more comfortable.
