the location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the sea. the hotel was clean, and the cleaning staff came every day to change towels and keep the room tidy. the staff was very nice and helpful, providing information and allowing us to store our luggage after check-out. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. the room was spacious and well-maintained. the surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location near the beach and central square. The terrace provides stunning views of the beach and horizon. The staff were professional and friendly, making an effort to speak in foreign languages. The hotel’s Christmas decorations and activities added a festive touch to the stay.

The hotel's parking arrangement was inconvenient, with guests having to park in a multistory paid car park first. The rooms were a bit outdated and could benefit from some modernization.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better - it was situated in the best area of Lloret, close to the beach and within walking distance to the bustling boulevard and lively nightlife. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, including a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, a well-equipped fitness studio, and a stylish lobby bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. this place exceeded my expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

As a family-friendly hotel, this venue would be a great choice for an enjoyable vacation with loved ones.
