We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and tidy, and we enjoyed the lovely sea views from our window. The hotel facilities were great, especially the rooftop bar which offered excellent views of the city. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, and we received excellent service from them. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the Esmerelda for both Poniente beach and the old town shops. We also enjoyed the convenience of having bars nearby. The buffet breakfast was very good, with a variety of options to choose from.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right beside the beach. You can step outside and be on the sandy shores in no time. It is also situated in a fabulous area of the old town, which is perfect for exploring and experiencing the local culture. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a daily cleaning service. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including both cooked and continental choices. the rooftop terrace provides stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere.

One downside is that there is no option for a late check-out.

I had an amazing stay at Montemar! The location was perfect, with easy access to both the beach and the old town. I loved sitting on my balcony and enjoying the lovely view of the sea and Bird Island. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the bathroom shower was new and powerful. I also appreciated the air conditioning in both the room and the lobby. The breakfast offered a great range of food options, and I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. a fantastic experience at Montemar!

Great sea views and daily room cleaning. the hotel is also situated near the Old town which has some amazing Spanish tapas bars. the staff are friendly and helpful, with a smile always on their face.

The hotel is not geared towards English speakers and the staff's understanding of the English language is minimal. the food was fairly repetitive and not to my liking.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. Its prime location near the beach, shops, bars, and cafes makes it a convenient choice for guests. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are in a very clean condition and come with large balconies that offer great views. Additionally, the daily cleaning service and fresh towels add a nice touch. With breakfast included, guests can start their day off right.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to the fiesta, fireworks, beach, shops, and cafes. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the traditional old town with its charming tapas bars, but also not too close to the bustling party area. It is right across the street from the beautiful beach, providing easy access for families with children. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with breathtaking sea views. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs. the hotel offers a wide range of amenities and is conveniently situated near bars, restaurants, and shops.

The noise from the bar in rooms 103 & 104 can be disruptive, especially during the evening entertainment.

From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me very professionally and were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was amazing, located on the fifth floor with stunning views of the sea both during the day and at night. The large balcony with a table, chairs, and comfortable sunbeds was a great addition. Another highlight was the varied and delicious food, as I opted for full board. The breakfast had a huge selection and the lunch and dinner options were equally impressive. The hotel's location next to the beautiful beach was perfect, and it was just a short two-minute walk to the vibrant old town. The hotel's rooftop bar was also a fantastic addition, offering amazing views of the city.

The room was spotlessly clean with fresh towels every day, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had plenty of choices, including freshly made omelettes and a great selection of breads. The highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace with its stunning view. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink after a day at the beach.

We absolutely loved our romantic escape at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always paying attention to detail. the view from our room was breathtaking, and we enjoyed spending time at both the terrace bar and the cafe, which were always spotless and offered stunning views. the location was perfect, with easy access to local eateries and a reasonable walk to the town center. We also appreciated the excellent buffet breakfast and the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

There were a couple of downsides. our room did not offer a sea view and was sometimes noisy due to nearby apartments.

I recently had a fantastic few days at a hotel in Benidorm that exceeded all my expectations. The hotel was excellent with great sea views, perfect positioning right next to the beach, and a good selection for breakfast. The rooms were gorgeous with fabulous views of the Poniente Beach and the marina, and they were very spacious with a fridge and sunbeds on the balcony. The value for money was worth the small extra payment, and the service from the staff was outstanding.

Although all aspects of my stay at this hotel were amazing, there was one small detail that could be improved.

Great location with easy access to fiesta, fireworks, beach, shops. Friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us. Lovely, modern room with a sea view and a clean bathroom with a walk-in shower. Polite room staff who serviced our room daily. Abundant and fresh breakfast. Nice bar/restaurant and reception. Comfortable beds.
