The hotel is very comfortable with well laid out rooms. The staff were superb, providing directions and recommendations. They even helped me print my boarding passes. The location is perfect, on a quiet street but close to key sights in the city.

Hotel was great! The attic room with a big bath was bright and spacious. The staff were very helpful, even when the coffee machine broke down during a holiday. They quickly provided an alternative and it didn't detract from our stay at all. The location is perfect, very close to the center of the city. If you're traveling by car, there are two parking options available. a wonderful experience with excellent staff and a delicious buffet breakfast.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment during our stay. They were incredibly helpful, especially with our baggage as we were walking the camino and then going on a beach holiday. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city with lots of amenities nearby. We also loved the beautiful views from the upper floors of the hotel, it was a treat to wake up to such a picturesque sight every morning.

That there was no bar or cafe on site, but given the central location, this wasn't a major issue as there were plenty of options nearby. the breakfast was a bit repetitive and could have offered more variety.

Great central location, with quiet rooms. Helpful staff who speak excellent English. Bagged lunch provided for early departure. Delicious continental breakfast with fresh juice, meats, cereals, breads, and sweets. Modern decor throughout.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Santiago and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was modern and spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice shower. The location was well-situated, with a short walk to the center. The staff, Manuel and Yago, were extremely helpful and made us feel well-looked after. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast - a lovely continental spread with local touches like cheese, membrillo, and freshly squeezed orange juice. I especially appreciated the free coffee service, which allowed us to enjoy a late night coffee without having to search for a place to go.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. When I arrived with muddy bikes, they happily stored them and even provided hot water for me to clean them. The architecture of the hotel is outstanding, creating a quiet and inviting atmosphere. I know exactly where to stay on my next visit! I highly recommend this hotel.
