Exceptional service by Murat Nazirov, one of the most helpful people we met in Kazakhstan. He provided valuable advice on exploring Shymkent and Turkistan. The renovated hotel features spacious rooms and a good buffet breakfast. The location is convenient with fancy restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The receptionists are kind and fluent in English. Additionally, they arranged a driver and translated for our visit to Otrar relics, Arystan Bab, and Asavi Mausoleum. highly recommended!

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The receptionists were responsive and timely, and went above and beyond in offering assistance. Special mention to Serdaly who accompanied me to a nearby bank to help me exchange currency, and Yeldos who provided clear directions to the old bus station. The young team at the hotel's lobby cafe/bar were also fantastic, creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere.

We had an amazing stay at this centrally located hotel, right across the amusement park. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained with all necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly and English-speaking. The breakfast offered a diverse range of options that suited everyone's taste. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful Abet park. In addition, the hotel had excellent facilities including a restaurant, karaoke bar, and nightclub.

During my recent Christmas stay, I enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room. the location was also convenient as it was situated near the main street and public transportation. the staff was attentive and hospitable, making my stay enjoyable.

The furniture in the room was of poor quality, and there was no wardrobe offered. the breakfast was underwhelming and did not offer many options.

The room here is incredibly spacious and the bed is of excellent quality. The air-conditioning is a lifesaver, especially during the hot summers. The hotel is located right in the city center, making it convenient to explore and enjoy the nearby restaurants. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout my stay. The travel time to and from the airport is also quite reasonable.

For the price we paid, we got incredible value. The room was huge and the bed was super comfortable. The location at the end of the main street was perfect for us, especially as we were traveling between Bishkek and Tashkent. The staff were attentive and the young people at the lobby cafe/bar were friendly, fun, and kind.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be more choices.
