I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just outside the historic center and in front of a beautiful park. It was also conveniently located in the very town center, making it easy to explore the city. The service provided by the staff was top-notch - they were always available to help and provided excellent room service. The room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely dining restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

During our stay at Nh Canciller Ayala, we were impressed by the excellent location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions and restaurants. The view from our top floor suite was simply breathtaking, offering a fantastic panoramic view of the city. Despite a few minor issues, such as the car park being a bit confusing and the sound insulation not being perfect, we found the suite to be spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was responsive to our concerns, particularly when we reported the noise from the elevator, and took steps to improve our experience. The manager even went the extra mile in temporarily taking the lift out of service during the night to minimize the disturbance. Additionally, the hotel's focus on tour groups may have impacted the availability of certain amenities and food options, but we appreciated the helpfulness of the waitress and the overall cleanliness of the breakfast buffet. we enjoyed our stay at Nh Canciller Ayala and would recommend it for its prime location and decent accommodations.

The breakfast was good and we appreciated the complimentary coffee in our room. the hotel was located in a quiet area, not far from the town center. It was easy to walk to places of interest. the room was comfortable and the view from the window was nice.

The Wi-Fi was awful. We had to use our own internet service just to check our emails.
