Great waterfront location with spacious, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast buffet with a variety of options. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient access to public swimming pool. Well-maintained and comfortable accommodations.

The beds were so comfortable I didn't want to leave. Extended stay by two nights because the hotel was pleasant. Reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Clean and pleasant swimming pools. Great shower, blackout curtains, and friendly staff. A treat to stay at Nh Collection.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities. the staff were exceptional, showing great service and attentiveness. the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi were delightful and well, maintained. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace allowed me to enjoy the sunny weather with comfortable poolside sun loungers. the room advantages, including the espresso machine and in, room breakfast, exceeded my expectations. I also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and the poolside snack bar.

The only minor issue I experienced was the slow service at the reception desk during busy periods.

The rooms were great, spacious and comfortable. The pool area was good with a reasonable pool bar. The hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring and there are many good bars and restaurants within a short walk.

Felt very relaxed, the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

The location of this hotel is truly incredible, with magnificent views of the marina and easy access to the beautiful beach at Riazor. The spacious and clean rooms provide a comfortable stay, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and at home. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Other in-house restaurant options are limited, but with so many charming streets and squares in the city, you won't miss them. a great choice for a couples' getaway.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the bathroom, could use a bit of updating and redecorating.

The warm welcome at Nh Collection was exceptional - the staff really made me feel at home. The spacious and comfortable rooms were a delight. And the breakfast, oh my, it surpassed all my expectations.

During my stay, I was a bit disappointed to find out that the hotel didn't have a spa. However, they provided access to the sports club next door, where I could enjoy the sauna, steaming room, and pools.

The hotel is perfectly located by the harbour, offering stunning views of the marina. It is also just a short walk away from the lively Plaza with its great selection of restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. The service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful, making guests feel welcome. Additionally, the breakfast served in the dining room is exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

The bar service at night can be a bit slow, requiring guests to request a server at times.

The facilities were fantastic and the location was prime. the breakfast buffet had an amazing selection of sweet and savory foods including an omelette stand and gluten-free options. the rooms were spacious and had an extra touch with a Nespresso coffee machine. the view of the marina was also a great advantage.

The hotel seemed worn down and could use some renovations. There were cracks on the tiles in the bathroom and some furniture had scratches and dents.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location in the port area made it easily accessible, and I loved being able to enjoy the beautiful views of the city and the port. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was impressed with the hotel facilities, especially the gym. It was well-equipped and offered free access to guests. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
