We were amazed by the prime location of The West Hotel & Spa. It was just a short walk away from the famous night market, adding vibrancy to our stay. The management took special care of our vegetarian dietary needs, serving us delicious breakfast. The room was cozy with all necessary amenities, including a smart TV with Netflix. The staff, led by Hana, was exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. We even got a great deal on a last-minute cruise to Halong Bay. this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Comfortable and clean hotel with helpful staff. Great location walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops, and street markets. the staff was fantastic in translating Vietnamese for us and organizing a Halong Bay cruise. We had a lovely experience and we returned a second time after a trip out of the city.

On our first arrival, we were moved to another hotel on foot in peak hour traffic, which took us by surprise. However, the Ken Connect hotel we were escorted to was lovely.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square. We loved the bustling markets right outside our door in the evenings. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. They even provided Netflix in our room since there were no English-speaking TV channels. the hotel itself was lovely, with clean rooms and a reasonable price. We highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to popular restaurants, bars, lakes, and the walking street. The presence of a market right in front of the hotel on weekends was also a great bonus. The hotel itself was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff went above and beyond, constantly surprising me with gifts like flowers and a tray of goodies on my last night. staying here was great value for money.

This hotel is such great value for money. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. The staff here go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay in the city. The location is unbeatable, situated on the street of the night market and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. I loved having a room with a balcony, it added a special touch to my stay. And to top it all off, the breakfast included was a wonderful addition!
