I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, including Lourdes and Oscar at reception, were wonderful and spoke fluent English. The location is perfect, as it is close to many tourist sights and in the heart of the city. The view from my room was amazing, with a balcony overlooking the bustling plaza. The room itself was lovely, with a comfortable bed, soft sheets, and great WiFi reception. the hotel facilities were modern and of great value for money.

Finding the hotel can be a bit challenging due to the driving restrictions on Leon City center.

We stayed at a hotel right in the heart of all the action, with a room overlooking a busy pedestrian square. the atmosphere and crowds were fantastic. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, attending to all our needs throughout our entire stay. the location was amazing, near the cathedral, sights, and many restaurants. the breakfast, although a bit expensive, had superb quality and choice.

The Easter holidays were great and we had a good time in the city. the location of our hotel was ideal, right in the middle of everything, and we were within walking distance of all the sites we wanted to see. the breakfast was really nice, and we loved that it was complimentary. the staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

Our experience was not entirely positive due to certain issues. First of all, the air conditioning was of poor quality and it was quite uncomfortable in the room.
