We had a great stay at a hotel in Madrid. The room we booked was small, but the layout was smart and the private terrace made it feel more spacious. The bathroom was clean and the entire room was well-maintained. The hotel itself was impressive, from the fabulous exterior to the elegant lobby. The staff was friendly and the WiFi was reliable. The best part? The patatas bravas in the bar were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this fantastic hotel.

The location is unbeatable, close to museums, bars, and public transportation. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and fast service. The hotel had luxurious amenities such as a good hair dryer, better towels, and a good selection of toiletries. The young receptionist was very helpful and made our stay even better.

The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They surprised me with a birthday breakfast and even gave me a cake to blow out the candle! The customer service was mind-blowing. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located and the breakfast buffet was jaw-dropping. The private terrace was lovely and the overall facility was top-notch. Special thanks to Anna and Francesco for their amazing hospitality. Wifi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception and security, bar/lounge area, restaurant, coffee/tea in lobby. The in-room air conditioning made our stay even more comfortable. A truly non-smoking, perfect stay!

I recently stayed at Nh Collection Madrid Abascal for a weekend getaway. The location was absolutely unbeatable, with close proximity to the metro, museums, and great terrace bars. The young receptionist was incredibly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. The private terrace was a lovely touch, and the customer care was excellent. I must give special thanks to Francesco Maleci, the Guest Relations Manager, for his prompt and efficient assistance in returning a forgotten item. The staff's professionalism and honesty amazed me. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, and the comfortable bed and wonderful shower were a delight. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely return and recommend this hotel.
