staying at Radisson was an unexpected delight. the staff, especially Mr Sai Prasad and Mr Sulemaan, went above and beyond to make our visit extraordinary. the room upgrade and impeccable service truly made our trip memorable.

Always feel at home with excellent services and amenities. Staff provided local info during my first stay. Free Wi-Fi, 24/7 reception/security, spa services, kids' activities, various dining options. Coming back for Christmas. No pets/smoking, lift, business amenities, express check-in, and special VIP treatment.

The themed rooms were spacious, the kids' play area was fantastic, and the family-friendly buffet spread was a hit with both the children and adults. the staff were warm and welcoming, ensuring we had a memorable family holiday.

My wife says that a dedicated babysitting service would have been helpful for parents wanting to enjoy some quiet time together.

The experience at this hotel was outstanding! the staff, including Suleman, Avinash, Saiprasad, Sahil. the room service provided was great, and the in-room breakfast was huge and yummy. the restaurant had very tasty food, and the poolside snack bar was chaotic but in a fun way. the spa & wellness center was beautiful, offering a variety of relaxing treatments. the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring Lonavala. Overall, the hospitality and services at this hotel excelled my expectations.

One minor thing that could be improved is the cleanliness in the rooms. Although the hotel was very clean overall, a little more emphasis on room cleanliness would enhance the guest experience even further.

Located in a peaceful area with stunning valley views, this resort has well-designed rooms with unique names for each wing. The food at the restaurant is delicious and not too spicy or salty. The staff are courteous, professional, and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The Mashaal ceremony with karaoke singing is a must-see. The jacuzzi and coffee machine in the upgraded suite were added bonuses.

The room at Radisson Lonavala was cozy and had a balcony, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning sun. As a beach lover, it felt like a home away from home.

Wished there were more breakfast options, but that's just personal taste! .

The location of the resort is perfect for a peaceful retreat, away from the city hustle. the staff, especially Mayur the health coach, goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. the morning trek and recreational activities offered add a unique touch to the overall experience. the limited breakfast options and balcony panels obstructing the view could be improved for a more enjoyable stay.

The ambience at Radisson was very nice, and the live music added a refreshing touch to the atmosphere. The housekeeping staff was excellent, and the dining area staff was really sweet. The recreation room was well made and had all the necessary amenities. I had a pleasant experience during my stay.
