Great location between 3 museums and near el Retiro. Lots of nearby restaurants, and Atocha station is only 10 minutes away. Gym has stunning cityscape views. Breakfast and WiFi are good. Staff are friendly and accommodating, and good customer service.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel with a great location and friendly staff. Our room had a fantastic view of the fountain outside. Breakfast included an impressive variety of foods. we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is situated just opposite the museum of Prado and next to the Fountain of Neptune. You can easily walk to all the major attractions in Madrid. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the bathroom facilities are adequate. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist you. The breakfast offered is quite good with a variety of options to choose from.

the service was impeccable, and the exclusive amenities, including the Jacuzzi and private facilities, were top, notch. the leisure room was also a great place to relax and unwind. Our room was luxurious, with exclusive advantages such as an in, room breakfast and a well, stocked minibar. the buffet breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the bar and lounge area was also a great place to enjoy a drink after a long day exploring the city. the location advantages were also a major plus, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants.

this minor issue did not affect our overall experience at the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a smallish hotel right across the street from a famous museum. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the museum and close to restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and even found us a great nearby restaurant. Our room was spacious, beautiful, and lacked nothing. What set this hotel apart was the state-of-the-art gym on a high floor with stunning views of the city.

The breakfast had an excellent selection of foods, great for everyone. the hotel provided free Wi-Fi and had a wonderful rooftop pool. We enjoyed the hotel's ideal location near key artistic attractions and great restaurants.

The hotel's staff was very friendly and the air conditioning in the room was silent and effective. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to key attractions and the ability to walk to most places.

The room was smaller than expected and the air conditioning didn't work for the first two days. Additionally, there was no concierge service to assist with luggage and only one person at reception, which is not typical for a 5-star hotel.

For a first trip to Madrid, the location of this hotel was unbeatable. We could easily walk to the train station, museums, and explore the city on foot. The staff were friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room size was perfect, with a comfortable bed and a shower that didn't require any acrobatics. Plus, the hotel had a taxi station right in front, making transportation super convenient.

I had an amazing stay at Nh Collection! The location was perfect for exploring all the major tourist places by foot. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the shower was wonderfully refreshing. The breakfast selection was excellent and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond, even cleaning our room when we forgot the "do not disturb" sign. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Madrid.
