The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating delivering lovely little touches that made my stay special. The hotel’s location was ideal for exploring major museums and parks.

Room assignments were problematic, and some accommodations had poor views, detracting from the stay. The hotel also showed signs of aging furniture and decor, which felt out of place for a five-star establishment.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. The staff were incredibly helpful. they even helped me find my lost bracelet during my first stay. I highly recommend asking for a room with a view! I’m coming back for a weekend.

I had a superior room with a view of Neptune’s fountain that was very comfortable. The bed was heavenly and the breakfasts were a highlight, with a good variety to choose from, and to my delight, there was even coffee in the room, which really hit the spot every morning.

It wasn’t the cheapest place but it was definitely worth it

also, how could i not have received an upgrade for such a chaotic stay? it’s a shame, because a little special treatment would’ve been perfect. i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t. pathetic!
