Spacious bathroom with both shower and bathtub, proximity to supermarket, convenience of a bus stop next to the hotel

Room furniture showing signs of wear!!! Found the common areas too warm, especially in peak season!!! Hot water issues did lead to some discomfort during my stay!!!

during my stay, I loved the fantastic breakfast with a variety of options that fueled my city wanderings, and the hotel's close proximity to Parque de Maria Luisa meant I could step out and enjoy beautiful park views whenever I wanted.

My experience at the hotel was quite frustrating. The shower water barely reached room temperature, making it uncomfortable during my morning routine. Additionally, the front desk staff's rudeness when I sought assistance was disheartening. The limited dining options in the immediate area detracted from the convenience I expected during my stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near public transport and just a short distance from the city center, making it easy for us to explore. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options that suited everyone's taste. Additionally, the pool area was a fantastic place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

One downside was that some front desk staff were a bit unhelpful at times.

The hotel was nice! I loved how cozy the room was, it overlooked a pool deck which was peaceful enough, especially during the quiet season. The front desk staff were super friendly, they even helped us find a local eatery that served some of the best tapas I've ever had, made our stay memorable for sure.

It wasn't budget-friendly but still acceptable for the comfort and perks we got.

The breakfast was a nice touch, with many options to choose from, which helped start the day on the right note. I also appreciated the evening walks we took around the area. feeling like locals made our stay feel more genuine.

Nothing to complain about

i almost thought about giving a good review, but then the room cleaning was absolutely horrible with dust ewverywhere and rusted fixtures. and can we talk about the fact that the promised pool was EMPTY when i arrived? unexcusable. a complimentary upgrade would ve been nice considering the inconvenience, but alas i received nothing.

Loved the comfy bed and the little coffee machine in my room, which made mornings way better. The outdoor pool and garden area were perfect for chilling out after a long day. The hot water took a while to kick in, but it wasn't a big deal. Definitely try the breakfast. it's worth it! ☕
