We had an amazing stay at Rubinstein! the hotel is perfectly located and the front desk staff were incredibly kind. Our room was calm and spacious, with a fantastic view of Krakow. the breakfast was delicious and we loved the quirky lighting in the bathrooms.

We had an amazing stay at a charming, quirky hotel in a great location. The room was fantastic, with skylights offering stunning views of the city, including the castle. The suite was spacious with 2 quirky-lit bathrooms. The staff were lovely, and there was a room terrace and a lovely bar and restaurant downstairs. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options for both vegetarians and meat eaters. As adventure travelers, we loved the unique character and amenities offered by the hotel.

We enjoyed the free drinks during our New Year celebration and the tasty breakfast buffet that had a variety of options. the location was perfect as we were steps away from the main square and had easy access to many tourist attractions. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always available to answer our questions.

Our stay was overshadowed by the noisy and uncomfortable bed in our room. the pillows were lumpy and the sheets had stains.
