Great breakfast, although missing fresh vegetables. Good location, 10-minute walk from Ventas station. Small, shaded pool but nice for afternoon rest. Restaurant needs improvement. Clean, small rooms. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially during a medical emergency.

The location was great, close to metro which we frequently used to travel about. We enjoyed our coffee and lunch at nearby cafes recommended by the barmaid. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet had a wide selection. The staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful.

The location is convenient, with easy access to the city center and business district via the nearby subway station. Additionally, being close to the bull ring allows for a unique self-guided tour opportunity.

The air conditioning in the room was not pleasant, with a minimum temperature of 23 degrees.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay here. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area which was perfect for us. I had a wonderful stay at NH Madrid Ventas. The hotel is new and located close to the bullring, which was a nice experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the room was clean, fresh, and practical. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the sufficient sockets for charging my devices. The floor looked very clean and hygienic.

Although the room was smaller than I expected, it was still cozy and well-maintained. The only drawback was the absence of a coffee machine in the room.
