The room was spacious with large windows, providing plenty of natural light. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The staff responded quickly to our needs and the facilities were well thought out. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I will recommend this hotel.

The room was equipped with a wide range of facilities, including a balcony and a coffee maker, that were convenient and made my stay more pleasant. The staff were helpful and professional throughout my stay and I found the restaurant and bar to be a great place to unwind after a long day.

The noise from the doors and elevator can be a bit bothersome at times.

The staff at Nh Madrid Zurbano were incredibly friendly and accommodating during our stay. We had a small issue with our room, but they quickly resolved it and provided us with a much better one. The room itself was large, bright, and very clean. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast included in our stay. The central location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

Plus, they gave us complimentary drinks upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. the room was pretty decent and the bed was comfortable, so I slept well after exploring the city all day.

The hotel had thin walls, and we could hear everything in the hallway, which was quite annoying. there was an issue with the heating, which made it difficult to regulate the temperature in the room.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure at the hotel. The staff were helpful and always available.
