Convenient location near the Old town, train station, and bus stop. Lots of nice restaurants nearby, perfect for party people.

The hotel had a great location, overlooking a beautiful river, which made for a lovely view during breakfast. It was also conveniently located near the city center and oldtown. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The service was good and the breakfast had a good variety of options, including warm dishes. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities such as a spa, although at an extra cost.

There was some miscommunication about the spa costs, which ended up being external to the hotel reservation.

I was amazed by the value for money at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring and I loved the view from my room. The breakfast had lots of options to choose from. Even though I didn't have time to try the spa, I plan to return soon.

But hey, on the bright side, the location of the hotel was absolutely amazing! It was just a stone's throw away from the old town, so we could easily explore all the interesting places and have a great time. Plus, the breakfast served in the morning was quite delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. That definitely started our day off on the right foot.

Check-in process was ridiculously slow! I waited for a whopping 20 minutes just to get my room key, even though there were only 2 couples ahead of me.

The room was not properly heated and took two hours for maintenance to show up, who did not even acknowledge us or provide any information. the staff was unprofessional and gave us incorrect information about the tourist bus and charged extra for an early check-in.
