Nobu restaurant had exceptional service and stunning views.

Rooms are spacious with elegant design and a lovely huge bathroom, but noise can be a problem, especially if you're on a lower floor. The staff was friendly and helpful, although there was some inconsistency in service response times. Location-wise, it’s a bit further from the main attractions, requiring a taxi. Overall, a comfortable experience with the potential for improvement in service efficiency and noise control.

The staff were absolute gems! Felt like I was chillin' with my chommies. They brought me a lekker bottle of rosé and a sweet note for my birthday. Breakfast was a feast with the most stunning views, proper classy! My room was spacious, and the bed? Flippin' comfy!

Only thing, those automated faucets could be a bit moody sometimes, but no biggie.

Check-in delays were frankly ridiculous!!! The rooftop bar's service was disorganized and lacked momentum. Poor soundproofing left me struggling against noise from next-door parties. A clearer communication policy about restaurant closures would have been appreciated!!!

The diving and snorkeling at the Medes Islands was incredible. The facilities were great and lunch by the pool hit the spot. Just keep in mind that the spa and pool facilities come with extra charges. Breakfast was tasty, so definitely don’t skip that!

We faced a frustrating hiccup when we were locked out of our rooms one night at midnight. It just added unnecessary stress to our trip. A quicker service response would have made a huge difference!

The best and worst parts

The view of the city from my room was stunning,, and the breakfast selection was delightful, with lots of options to satisfy different palates.

the zen skyline suite was stunning and had a jaw-dropping view! breakfast offered a ton of options and room service was super quick. staff were extremely friendly and made us feel like royalty throughout our stay! !

was all great, but some areas outside felt a bit neglected.

A Unique Stay with Great Dining Options

The rooftop views were breathtaking and the onsite restaurant offered exceptional service. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. Just be aware of possible noise from the wind in corner rooms.

Had an awesome group trip with friends. Enjoyed the rooftop view and everything from the room to gym was top-notch. We hit the clear waters of the Medes Islands for some amazing diving and snorkeling. Breakfast was a highlight with lots of variety. Definitely consider ordering hot foods not on the buffet!

Amazing staff and views!

The front desk was super chill. Adrian helped us out big time with our taxi and even suggested hitting up the rooftop for sunset. Totally worth it! Also, the in-room breakfast was a treat. fresh juices and pastries were a lovely start each day. A little bummer was the noise from the street, but it was manageable.

Incredible stay with attentive staff who made the experience memorable. A deluxe room on a high level showcased breathtaking city views, complemented by the most comfortable bed I’ve encountered. Breakfast was superb, with delicious fresh pastries that satisfied every morning. However, a few service hiccups did surface, including some delays during peak hours when trying to get assistance. Despite that, the overall ambiance and the hotel's rooftop views were a highlight that would draw me back.
