Fantastic spot near great sights and tasty eats

This hotel is an awesome base for exploring San Francisco, with Ghirardelli Square, Lombard Street, and the iconic Fisherman's Wharf all within a short walk of just over 2 kilometers, and a bunch of delicious restaurants right around the corner on Chestnut St, including some just a few steps away like Ristorante Parma and Toma; plus, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with comfy beds, and parking was included which meant we could leave the car to head out on foot or use easy Ubers to get around town. The only downside is the hotel could use a little updating in some areas, but it didn't take away from our experience of wandering through the lively streets.

Location shines. Easily accessible public transport and abundant dining options nearby, all while away from the tourist chaos. The spacious two-bedroom suite was a hit with everyone, particularly the clean design and comfortable beds. the lack of a refrigerator was inconvenient. While we enjoyed the charming vintage vibe, the noticeable noise from the street at night was disruptive, and the shower's water pressure left something to be desired. The entrance from the garage isn’t fancy, but it’s functional. In short, great value and comfort, but minor adjustments could enhance the overall experience.

Great location on Lombard Street. Easy access to the Golden Gate Bridge and Mel's Diner across the street, where we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast. The room was spacious, perfect for bringing in our bicycles, but it had its quirks. The ventilation wasn’t great, and there was a faint musty smell. The bed felt hard by morning, though that might just be our preference. Parking was a plus, but the spaces felt tight. Street noise and thin walls made it hard to find peace. a solid base to explore, just with a few things that need attention.

Spacious and Cozy Suites in a Great Location

Our two-bedroom suite exceeded expectations with its roomy layout, full kitchen, and two bathrooms. The Cow Hollow area is vibrant, with excellent dining options nearby. Enjoyed peaceful nights away from street noise, and appreciated the daily room cleaning. A perfect base for exploring San Francisco!

I couldn’t believe how noisy it was at night! Traffic and loud motorcycles kept me awake, and even though I had a room on the second floor, it still felt like the chaos was right outside my window. Super frustrating!

The neighborhood felt safe and we found excellent dining options within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early when our room was ready. The underground parking was well-lit and hassle-free. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our overall experience and would consider staying here again. Our purpose for staying was to explore the city's attractions and we were pleased with the accessibility and comfort provided by the hotel.

The room was spacious, with a large, comfortable bed that provided a good night's sleep. the mattress felt hard, which made it less than ideal for some. The TV was modern and offered various channels, which was a nice touch. The room wasn't well-ventilated, and we noticed an unpleasant smell lingering that could be improved with a good airing out. Daily cleaning was appreciated, though we found it a bit dusty with some items left behind. The noise from outside was disruptive, even with ear plugs. the room had potential but needed some enhancements.
