We loved the prime location right in the heart of Palma, close to the old town and all the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a large walk-in shower. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and drink. The breakfast was amazing, with a delicious selection of items to choose from. We also enjoyed the rooftop view and pool, even though the weather wasn't the best during our stay.

We were disappointed to find out that the pool was not filled with water, which was a letdown.

We loved the stylish little bar/lunch restaurant on the ground floor of Nou Baleares. The atmosphere was relaxed and the prices were reasonable. The newly renovated rooms were spacious and decorated beautifully. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was refreshing. We were lucky to have a corner room with a balcony, which was a definite bonus. The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk away from the city center, congress center, and the beach. We also appreciated the easy access to public transportation, with a bus stop nearby that took us straight to the airport. our stay at Nou Baleares was fantastic and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The room lacks sound insulation, which can be bothersome when trying to sleep.

Spent New Year at this hotel and I was impressed with the newly refurbished decor. the staff was helpful and knowledgeable in English, a plus for international guests. Loved the spacious room with high ceilings, large bathroom with a great shower, and the comfortable bed. the rood terrace with a little pool provided a comfortable place to relax, and the gym, while small, was adequate.

The hotel was slightly difficult to find, but once found, the location was perfect for visiting the old town by walking.

Our stay at Nou Baleares was enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and our room was well-appointed. We particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom with its large shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were provided with complimentary still or sparkling water in our room. The location was convenient for exploring the city center of Palma and we were also close to the airport. we had a pleasant stay at Nou Baleares and would recommend it.
