The city walks and tours offered were a fantastic way to explore Granada. I felt like I was living in the city, not just visiting. The street art tour was a highlight for me. Seeing the amazing graffiti artists' work in Albayzin, Sacromonte, and Realejo was like discovering hidden treasures. Climbing into the heart of the old Muslim district of Albaicin was like stepping back in time. The Arab shops selling handmade crafts, sweets, and spices added to the authentic experience. The location of the hostel, centered around a hill on the north side of the Darro River, provided stunning views of the city. Carmen de los Martires was a hidden gem I wouldn't have discovered otherwise.

The location of the hostel was further than advertised, which was a major inconvenience. It made finding bars and decent restaurants a longer walk than expected.

We especially enjoyed the optional breakfast and dinner cooked by a talented local chef. the strong WIFI signal that reached our room was a definite plus, and we loved the good atmosphere and variety of organized activities, including free walking tours. the staff even helped us secure tickets to the Alhambra when they were sold out online. it was a fantastic stay.

Saw the "amazing" street art in the quirky neighbourhoods. Climbed the hill and sweated like a pig. Explored the Muslim district and bought overpriced trinkets. Went down the historic way and almost broke a leg.

Loved the uncomfortable beds, cramped bathrooms, and inconsiderate roommates. Oh, and the kitchen was so dirty, it could be a breeding ground for new species.
