I recently stayed at Oasis Lanz Beach Mate for a relaxing beach getaway. The reception area had a stylish and pleasant atmosphere, setting the tone for a great stay. The apartment, although slightly worn around the edges, was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had a chilled and relaxed vibe, which we loved. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the beach and a variety of restaurants and pubs. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the pool area offered plenty of sun loungers and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast served was superb. great value for money and highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. It is perfectly located in the center, making it easy to access all the attractions. The staff, from cleaners to receptionists, were friendly and extremely helpful. They provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel had two large swimming pools, one of which was heated, and a gym, perfect for relaxation and fitness. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.

We experienced one grumpy receptionist, but this did not affect our overall impression of the hotel. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service and a great location.

Had a fantastic New Year stay at this hotel. Loved the two pools, especially the heated one. the location was perfect, just a short walk to several restaurants and bars. the palm trees around the pools gave a wonderful tropical vibe. the rooms were modern and spacious, with everything we needed. the staff surprised us with a bottle of cava for my birthday, such a lovely touch.

The entertainment was hit or miss, some nights were great but others were lacking. It would have been nice to have more consistent and longer performances.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, including the rooms, grounds, and restaurant. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely heated pool and plenty of sunbeds available. The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the centre of the town and convenient to all bars, restaurants, and beaches. We were able to walk just minutes to various bays and coves, and there were plenty of entertainment options available nearby, including free shows at different venues. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always happy to help and went above and beyond to assist with any requests.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The internal garden was absolutely stunning and made for a peaceful atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the apartment was spacious and clean. The thorough cleaning of the room was much appreciated. The breakfast included in my stay was extensive and delicious. The large heated pool and pool towels added to the overall holiday experience. The reception staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The Junior Suite had a fantastic shower and the TV had BBC and ITV channels available. The free room safe and fridge were also a great bonus.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city center with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We loved being able to walk to The Square, where there was a great selection of eateries to cater for all tastes. Plus, being so close to the sea was a major plus, giving us beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The room was spacious and modern, with a lovely power shower and all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from.

There was one staff member who was not very pleasant. The lady behind the reception desk seemed to have a different understanding of the mask policy.

Wonderful refurbished rooms, spacious and clean with a living area, fridge, and balcony. The pool near the pool bar was heated and the buffet meals were well presented with plenty of variety. The hotel is centrally located, close to the town, beaches, and local buses. The reception staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was impeccably clean, with a dedicated staff member ensuring the exterior walls were spotless. The heated pools were a refreshing treat, and sunbeds were always available. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and well-presented, offering a good selection of dishes. The location was convenient, with shops, bars, and restaurants just a couple of minutes away.

That the towels were only changed every 4 days.

The issue of sunbed reservation. However, this seems to be a common problem in many hotels.
