The hotel's convenient location near the mall, beach club, and plaza made shopping and dining easy. The food court and Chedraui store downstairs were great additions. The cleaning lady, Machi, provided excellent service, and the staff offered nice attention. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was pleasant with two different temperature hot tubs.
