The Junior Suite was spacious with a double Jacuzzi bath and a separate sitting room. The location was convenient and close to main attractions. Secure underground car parking available. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Antonio on reception.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a parquet floor. The staff were amazing and provided us with excellent service throughout our stay.

We had absolutely no complaints about this place and would highly recommend it to any family. Finally, we loved the facilities provided here, especially the jacuzzi, bar/lounge area, and restaurant.

There were no cups or glasses provided in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

Great location close to the city’s hotspots, breakfast worth the money with a good variety and quality, and comfortable rooms with excellent mattresses that allowed me to rest well at night.

No free toiletries provided in the bathroom and staff could have been clearer about the mini-bar situation where it was access through room service.

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip and had a great experience overall. the staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check-in early. They also stored our luggage for us after check-out, which was a big help. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, from cereals to cakes, and the staff was helpful throughout the hotel. the location was ideal, with easy access to the city center and plenty of shops nearby.

While most of the room was great, the third bed in the triple room was not up to par. It was less comfortable and smaller than the other beds, and it was positioned against a pillar instead of a flat wall, making it slightly uncomfortable for the third person.

There are restaurants and coffee shops next to and in front of the hotel, and a self-service laundry conveniently located behind it. The hotel also offers underground parking, which is rare in this city. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of food and drinks. The staff spoke English, which was a bonus.
