The hotel's proximity to the S-bahn station was convenient for our airport transfers. The traditional feel of the hotel, especially the wooden finish in the restaurant and bar, added to its charm. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the room had a great view of the harbor and was spacious and clean.

Our family had a fantastic stay in Hamburg. The hotel's location was perfect - just a short walk to the centre shopping area and close to the railway. We loved being on a small hill above the St Pauli Landungsbruecken, with stunning views of the harbor. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The service was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. Plus, there were great facilities like a restaurant and a mini bar.

The noise from the nearby Metro was a bit too loud at times.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms which made it very uncomfortable during the warm weather. the only ventilation was from the windows which opened onto a fire escape stairwell, making it unsafe to leave them open overnight.

The breakfast and Wi-Fi were included in the room price, which is always a plus. the hotel was located in a bustling area, right by the river, which was perfect for exploring the city. the rooftop bars in the hotel provided incredible scenic views and a great atmosphere.

The room I stayed in was quite small, which made it a little cramped and uncomfortable. the hotel was situated in a location that made it a little tricky to access due to some construction work nearby.
