This hotel is amazing! I've stayed here twice because it has everything I need. the location is perfect and you can easily access public transportation or walk to tourist attractions. the rooms are modern and spacious, even the standard ones. the staff is super friendly and always helpful. the best part is the value for money, it's definitely worth it!

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the Bilbao station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. It is also away from the touristy areas, so you can experience a more authentic side of the city. The rooms are comfortable with firm mattresses and high-quality bed linens. The bathrooms are clean and come with decent toiletries.

The noise from the main street can be quite bothersome, especially if you are a light sleeper.

Convenient location near a train station and attractions, with a charmingly redesigned old building. Friendly staff and comfortable bed/pillows. Spacious room with a useful kitchenette and refreshing AC. Great value considering the central location.

During my stay at the hotel, I was impressed by the size and layout of my superior room. The room offered great views and had a fresh, modern look. Additionally, the location of the hotel was superb, with a subway station right outside the front door, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel's rates were reasonable considering the room size and service provided. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and convenient location.

Had a fantastic Easter stay at this hotel and was impressed with the complimentary chocolates and hot cross buns on the first morning. the location was perfect as we were able to quickly walk to all the nearby attractions. the staff were incredibly helpful and warm. Everything was in great condition.

The room was also too noisy and it made it hard to sleep.

The bathroom was particularly impressive, with a comfortable shower that made for a delightful experience. The location was ideal for us, as it was close to many shops and fantastic restaurants. Plus, the proximity to the subway couldn't have been better - just one step away from the entrance. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel truly taken care of. The breakfast, which was included in our stay, was delicious, and we especially loved that they made eggs to order. we would highly recommend One Shot!
