We loved this place! It was situated in the best area for sight seeing and it was really easy to get around. We were impressed with the air conditioning which made the room feel really comfortable. The staff at reception were so friendly and helpful - they really made us feel welcome.

We had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was in the center and close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and spoke English, which made communication easy. The room was modern and stylish, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The breakfast was also amazing, with a great selection of food. We definitely enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it.

Loved the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies served every evening in the lobby. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and all of the major attractions. The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as we could hear some noise from the street below. the breakfast buffet was a bit disorganized, with some items running out quickly and not being replenished promptly.

I had a fabulous time at One Shot! The location was excellent, just off the square, and I had fantastic views of the fireworks from my balcony during the fire festival. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge super king bed. Breakfast had a tasty variety to choose from. Jonathan from reception was very attentive and made dinner reservations for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
