We had a good stay at this hotel in Ortuella, the location was convenient for our ferry back home. the staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Our room was spacious with a nice bathroom and a good shower. Although the air conditioning wasn't working properly, the receptionist provided us with a fan to cool down the room. the hotel also had secure underground parking, which was a bonus. a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfy and the rooms had a nice modern decor. The location was very convenient for me as it was in the center of town and close to the Bilbao ferry terminal. The staff were extremely helpful, even when I arrived late at night. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the Wi-Fi access was great. it was a great experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was semi-rural and quiet, but still within walking distance to a train station, allowing me to easily visit central Bilboa without using my van. The hotel had secure underground parking with a sufficient height limit to accommodate my VW Camper, which was a huge plus. Additionally, the hotel had its own restaurant and bar, making it convenient for dining in. Moreover, this hotel was perfectly located close to the port, allowing for an easy and stress-free journey the next morning.

One major drawback was the hotel's location in an industrial estate, with no shops or restaurants nearby. This meant that guests had to drive to find food options, as the hotel's own restaurant was closed.
