I had a fantastic stay at a hotel with a great location. It was so close to the beach, ferry station, and offered stunning views of the whole lake and the famous islands. The room was spotless with a delightful balcony, and the bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water. The staff provided exceptional service and were really friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was substantial and delicious, with a wide variety of options. The hotel also had ample parking and a well-appointed terrace.

The traffic noise at night if you're a light sleeper.

The hotel's recent renovation made for a pleasant and tasteful atmosphere. The location was convenient, close to the ferry point for island visits and the 100 Valleys Train journey. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful with suggestions. The evening dinners offered authentic, delicious homestyle Italian cuisine. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and stimulating holiday.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a lovely location. The staff here are absolutely fantastic - so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with planning our trips and even gave us a lift to the train station. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a nice flat screen TV and a safe provided at no extra cost. The hotel is close to the main strip, with the best restaurant on the lake just a short walk away. The views from the balcony are unbeatable, with breathtaking mountain views. And to top it all off, the breakfast here is simply delicious.

Had a great time at this lovely hotel by the lake. Enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurant. the staff was incredibly friendly and spoke multiple languages. Best of all were the stunning views from our spacious room with a balcony. Plus, the ferry and train stations were just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area.

Although the room was comfortable, we did notice some noise from neighboring rooms and the nearby road. there was no minibar or fridge in the room.
