As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the early check-in and the clean and comfortable room. The staff was friendly and professional, and the hotel had a beautiful decor. The breakfast was of high quality and delicious. The quiet location on the main street was also a plus.

This hotel is a gem! the location is unbeatable, right on the Camino and surrounded by charming historic buildings. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They really went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Thirdly, the rooms were spacious, clean and well-equipped. We particularly loved our room with a sofa bed in the sitting area, which was great value for money. Lastly, the breakfast was included and featured delicious fresh apples.

We were lucky enough to stay in a hotel located in the heart of the city. It was an incredible experience to be in the middle of the city's festivities. The hotel was conveniently located close to all the attractions, and it was easy to move around. We loved the beautiful view outside our window.

The hotel's location was excellent, right next to the municipal concert on a Friday night in an attractive area of the town. Set in an original old building complete with exposed brick, it provided the perfect base to explore this charming village. The service from the staff was exceptional, with their attention to detail and helpfulness making our stay even more enjoyable. Despite the rooms being on the smaller side, they were tastefully decorated and had all the basic amenities we needed. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of options including hot dishes, setting us up for a big day of hiking ahead.

Great location right on the Camino. Rooms nice, could stay again. Helpful staff, within walking distance to everything. AC didn't work but opening windows helped. Good food and amazing breakfast buffet. Great internet connection. Lovely hotel, deluxe rooms with baths and huge comfy beds. Beautiful property, superior rooms have wow factor. Perfect location in Old Town. Set lunch and dinner menu with wine and water for only 12 euros! Creative menu, delicious food and wine.

Stayed one night at a modern, clean, and quiet hotel. Perfect location near an ancient church and the starting point of the Camino. Excellent and diverse breakfast options, including scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, cereals. the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel amenities were satisfactory with a beautiful bath and comfortable bed. Enjoyed the view of the castillo.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with beautiful views from the windows. The highlight for us was the hot water in the clean tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day on the Camino. Despite a few maintenance issues mentioned in other reviews, our room was well-maintained. The location of the hotel, right in downtown Viana, was so convenient for our journey. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

My room was very comfortable, spacious, and had a huge bath which was amazing after a long walk on the Camino trail. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of tasty dishes. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The festival held in the village was amazing and the location of the hotel was perfect for it. the lobby of the hotel was really nice and welcoming. the complementary mixed salad with tuna was enjoyable.

The hotel room smelled really bad and the paint was peeling off the walls. the bedding was dirty and smelled weird.
