The spacious and well-equipped room made my business trip more comfortable. the hotel's location near restaurants and monuments allowed me to explore the area without hassle. the reception staff were exceptionally good, and their service made me feel welcome and attended to.

Despite the positive aspects, there were some issues that could have been better. the room was not as clean as it should have been, and the bathroom amenities needed attention.

The hotel is located right in the center of town, in the maze of narrow streets of the old town. It offers a convenient base for exploring the area. The restaurant served delicious dishes that were beautifully presented, providing a delightful dining experience.

The check-in process was a bit disorganized and time-consuming, with the staff struggling to program our key card.

We had a fantastic stay at Palacio De Ubeda 5 G.L. the hotel's stunning architecture and beautiful public areas impressed us right from the start. Our room, although initially not what we expected, turned out to be quite unique and charming. It had two levels, with a comfortable bed and a TV set on one level, and a sitting room with a second TV set, bathroom, and slanted ceiling on the lower level. the bathroom was spacious and well-designed, featuring two sinks, a separate shower, and a separate toilet. the hotel restaurant exceeded our expectations, serving delicious and beautifully presented dishes. the breakfast was also great and plentiful. the staff, despite the language barrier, were polite and attentive. we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Palacio De Ubeda 5 G.L.

This hotel is simply luxurious, with exclusive amenities that cater to all our needs. the Spa & wellness center was exceptional, offering a full body massage and beauty treatments, while the indoor and outdoor swimming pools had stunning views. the bar and restaurant had a great selection of special diet menus, and the location was perfect for exploring the city's monuments and churches.

Although everything was flawless, the only minor issue that stood out was the service. the wait staff was slightly slow in their service, which could be attributed to a lack of staff members, resulting in increased waiting times during check-in and out.
