This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, like a great indoor pool, a cozy bar/lounge area, and efficient laundry service. On my first stay, the staff helped me with printing. I highly recommend asking for Derek or Sebastian—they truly go above and beyond! I'll be back for Xmas.

Chur, the location was sweet as! But heaps disappointed with the breakfast choice and the steam room wasn't working. Overall, it was a good stay.

Communication about food orders definitely lacks clarity!!! The absence of a gym was surprising for a five-star!!! Confusing light switches detracted from convenience!!! Steps inside the room need better visibility!!! Limited sources of entertainment could use a boost!!!

had issues with the internet dropping a lot (so annoying! ! ). the room was spacious and very clean. The service was always ready to help us. loved the incredible spa zone and its amenities like the sauna and pool!

Charming stay with some quirks

Really enjoyed the spacious room and the friendly staff! The pool was a nice chill spot after roaming the old town. Also loved that I could order in-room breakfast, but the coffee could’ve been a bit better. A bit tricky finding staff sometimes, but overall a pleasant experience.

The staff was wonderful! (shoutout to the concierge for being super helpful). Location was right next to the town square, ideal for exploring all the local restaurants and bars in Lublin. Clean bathrooms added a nice touch!

I enjoyed the spacious suite during my stay. The indoor pool was a great way to relax after exploring the surroundings. The staff spoke multiple languages, which made communication smooth. I had an excellent meal at the fine-dining restaurant and appreciated the thoughtful room service. I left with a desire to experience the spa services more deeply next time. Traveling alone, I found every comfort I needed.

The Comfort Double or Twin Room was impressively spacious and clean, offering an abundance of comforts, including extra towels and blankets. The location was unbeatable, just steps from the town center, allowing for easy exploration. Breakfast featured delicious smoked meats that enhanced the dining experience. The hotel was elegant, showcasing beautiful architecture, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.
