The hotel had a great central location, making it easy to navigate the city. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, providing useful information about the city. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi and the spacious and comfortable rooms. It was definitely a plus to have a reliable internet connection and a cozy room to relax after a long day of business meetings.

On the downside, the breakfast options were limited and not worth the price. I expected more variety and alternatives, especially for the cost.

As young travelers, we absolutely loved the Hotel Palafox. The staff were friendly and provided us with great recommendations for exploring the city. The location was perfect, with plenty of nice restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options and kept us full all day. The pool area on the top of the building was a peaceful and relaxing spot to soak up the sun. The free wifi and air conditioning were also a plus. The gym, though small, had everything we needed for a good workout. this hotel had everything we were looking for and more.

The hotel's location was convenient, with easy walking distance to the Basilica. The parking garage was well-lit and secure. I highly recommend this hotel for its affordability, comfort, and excellent amenities.

The hotel had limited dining options on Sundays, as everything other than the bar was closed.
