During my transit stay, I was impressed by the modern amenities and spacious comfort of the Occidental Al Jaddaf, Dubai. The hotel's convenient location, just 13 km from the Financial Centre and 25 km from the heart of Dubai, made it a perfect choice for my short visit.

Although my stay was mostly enjoyable, I encountered a minor inconvenience when the cold water was temporarily cut off. However, after a quick call to the front desk, the issue was promptly resolved.

We had a great experience at Occidental. The staff, especially Aftab from reception, Fattah from concierge, and the valet staff. The location is excellent and the rooms are spacious. The hotel was spotlessly clean, which was important to us. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant staff were also friendly. whenever we visit Dubai, we always choose Occidental.

The hotel is located near key attractions such as Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Metro station is within a 20-minute walk from the hotel, making it convenient for transportation.

Limited selection and irregular refilling of breakfast items. Some rooms had issues with hot or warm water in the bathrooms, and the hotel did not take immediate action to address the problem.

I chose this hotel for a conference and found the meeting rooms to be modern and well-equipped. The Premium Level benefits, including access to the exclusive lounge and concierge services, added a touch of luxury to my stay, enhancing my business experience.

The only service I missed for my work was the absence of a dedicated business center for last-minute printing and scanning needs.

I just loved being surprised with a higher payment than advertised. Who needs consistent pool towels in the morning, right?
