We had a fantastic time at Palm Beach! Our purpose was to enjoy family time, and the hotel and its surroundings delivered everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Kathi from Venezuela who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The spacious studio with a view of the pool and ocean was brilliant. The location was perfect, with three beaches just a short walk away, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The clean and functional interior, along with the charming balcony overlooking the private garden, added to the overall appeal. The restaurant served delicious food with great variety. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Tenerife. Thank you, Palm Beach!

This hotel offers great value for money with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail in the rooms, with their large balconies and hot tubs, is impressive. The staff provide excellent service, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast options are plentiful and include a variety of fruits.

For what I paid, this hotel was great value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the basic amenities they offered, especially the hot tub in my room with a beautiful view. The hotel is conveniently located next to the ocean, just across the road from the beach, and had many options for breakfast included.

All was okay during my stay.

Recently visited Las Americas after 13 years and was pleasantly surprised at the improvements. Veronicas has been cleaned up and is now more family-friendly. Palm Beach Club, only 2 minutes away, was the perfect location for us. The hotel facilities were decent, though no air conditioning in rooms , they provided fans which helped. Special thanks to Amanda at reception for helping us retrieve a lost bag. a good hotel with a great location. Would definitely return.

We got two complimentary drinks upon checking in and the location was right in the middle of all the action, making it easy to get around. The pool area was pretty nice and had loungers available even on busy days. Plus, the weather was perfect for lounging by the pool all day.

Our Thanksgiving stay wasn't as enjoyable as we had hoped. The noise level at night was intolerable, making it hard to sleep.

We stayed at Palm Beach apartments for 14 nights over Christmas and New Year. Our one-bedroom apartment on the 9th floor offered a great view from the balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the apartment was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast buffet with its vast selection of delicious food. The pool area was spacious and never overcrowded. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Despite a minor issue with having to pay for pool towels, we had a fantastic experience overall. We would highly recommend this hotel for its location, facilities, and reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The location of Palm Beach is amazing with beach access right on the doorstep. The breakfast is delicious with lots of options to choose from. The pool area is great and there is a spacious 2 bed apartment available. The bed linen is changed daily and fresh towels are provided. There are also shops and supermarkets under the hotel, making it convenient for any needs. it is a fantastic place to stay for bigger groups of friends.

I had a fantastic holiday at a hotel located on a very busy street with a sea view for a reasonable rate. The beach was close by, making it convenient for sunbathing and swimming. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the view from the balcony was stunning. The facilities, such as the pool area, were well-maintained and enjoyable.

There were some issues with the maintenance of the rooms and the cleanliness of the sun loungers at the pool area.
