I recently stayed at a hotel in a very nice location with a beautiful pool area. The restaurants offered delicious and varied food, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel also had a lot of opportunities to play games and had good programs for entertainment. I particularly enjoyed the relaxing area and bar for adults, while families could enjoy the great splash area/waterpark for kids. The evening shows were entertaining, making it a great overall experience.

The hotel's location to the beach pit was fantastic as it was less crowded and still very convenient for accessing the pools and other facilities. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the hotel facilities were excellent.

The hotel's grounds are beautifully maintained with plenty of swimming pool options, which we enjoyed during our Easter stay. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to local shops and beaches. The breakfast variety is fantastic, with options including fresh fruit and croissants on offer, catering to a range of tastes.

The hotel's interiors are dated and the rooms could do with some refurbishment. We found the customer service to be a bit mixed during our stay. While some staff were lovely and welcoming, others were disinterested or slow to respond to queries. it's a decent option for a budget stay, but don't expect luxury accommodations.

Had a fantastic Christmas holiday at this hotel. The pools were amazing, especially the heated one. The hotel was clean and had recently been refurbished, giving it a fresh and modern feel. The food was excellent, with a good variety of options available each day. The location was also great, just a short walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the center of Playa del Ingles. it was a quality hotel that provided great value for money.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few things that could be improved. The staff were a bit hit or miss, some were friendly and helpful while others seemed less knowledgeable.

had an incredible valentines day stay in maspalomas, gran canaria. princess exceeded our expectations with their family-friendly facilities, delicious and varied food, and attentive staff. the kids loved the buffet, kids club, and mini disco. the heated pool and water park were a big hit too!
