We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of storage for our 5-night stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, with a large fridge and enough space to cook our own breakfast each morning. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the center, in the nearby area of the old town, and in a secure area. We were able to easily walk to most of the main attractions, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including a lovely courtyard and plunge pool, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Drawbacks: Although our overall experience was excellent, we did encounter a few minor inconveniences. The shower in the apartment leaked, and we had difficulty finding extra towels.

Great location in the old town, quiet and central. The apartment was spacious and bright with a well-equipped kitchen and a good bathroom/shower. We had a small issue during our stay, but the manager responded swiftly and resolved it. We were also impressed with the efficiency of the heating and plenty of hot water. I would recommend this place for a pleasant stay in Palma de Mallorca.

The modern space in an older restored building was spacious and bright, with a small kitchen area and good bathroom/shower. The location was excellent, with restaurants, stores, and coffee shops just a short stroll away. Despite staying during a festival, the apartment was well-insulated and quiet. The small plunge pool in the courtyard was a welcome relief. Communication was good, and the welcome from Diego was great. Highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and everything was new and fresh. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was big. The hotel was located in a quiet area but still close to some amazing restaurants. It was also conveniently close to a shopping street. Additionally, there was a nearby underground parking garage, which was perfect for us since we had a car. The hotel also had a laundry room with all the necessary detergents. the cleanliness and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was ideal, as it was in the heart of the Old Town and close to all the tourist attractions.
