The staff was welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, the breakfast had many choices and generous portions, and the location was convenient near the river for New Year's Eve party.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Vientiane. the location is fantastic, as it is very close to a variety of restaurants and not far from the river. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a nice view of the city and even a kitchenette. The breakfast provided each morning was also a nice touch.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was wonderful.

Good breakfast selection and friendly staff. the location was also convenient for exploring the city's popular areas.

The rooms were a bit old and worn out. the air-conditioning was not functioning properly and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Clean and comfortable room with a very spacious bathroom. The breakfast was the best I had during my trip, with a delicious croissant, yogurt with honey, and fresh juice. The location was convenient for exploring the city and the night markets. Despite a few minor issues, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. I had a great experience.
