During our Camino trip, we treated ourselves to a stay at Parador De. The hotel's beautiful views and impressive grounds made it a memorable experience. We were able to park our car on site and easily walk to local attractions, including bars and restaurants. The hotel staff recommended an excellent restaurant for our evening meal. The overall ambiance and the breathtaking views from the hotel terrace made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was also a highlight of our time at Parador De.

As women traveling alone, we loved the location with stunning sea views and the option to walk around the hotel grounds for panoramic views of the area. The proximity to town and its amenities, including restaurants, shops, the beach, and boat trips. The food options were excellent, with a choice of dining at the main restaurant or the separate building with sea views. The fish menu at Taberna La Pinta was exceptional. the Parador Baiona ticked all the boxes and provided a 100% satisfying experience.

I enjoyed the large pool and being able to control the air conditioning properly. the breakfast spread was delightful, with a great selection of fresh fruit, cheeses, and cold meats. the staff at Parador De Baiona were attentive to detail, ensuring that my stay was a memorable one. They even facilitated visits to local wineries and eateries. it was a special treat and worth the price.

The location is absolutely stunning, right on a rocky peninsula. The views of the ocean from our room were breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We also loved the amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool and beach access. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The service is generally good, with helpful and cheery staff at reception. The bar and terrace area are excellent, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The hotel also has a pool, which is a great facility for guests to enjoy.

The service at the bar can be slow and disorganized, with a need for more staff.

We had an excellent stay at Parador De in Baiona. the property is surrounded by the sea, offering breathtaking views. the setting and grounds, within the walls and towers of the former fortress, are truly extraordinary. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks along the beautiful path that goes around the entire property. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom that had a separate shower and tub. the breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a variety of options to choose from, including cooked-to-order eggs.

Finding the property may not be obvious at first.

We had a fantastic stay at the Parador De! the location inside the ancient fortress was truly unique and the building itself was absolutely beautiful. Our room had amazing views overlooking the bay and the Cies Islands. the staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They even delivered newspapers to our room as requested. We also appreciated their assistance in arranging visits to local wineries and recommending eateries outside of the touristy areas. the hotel truly exceeded our expectations and we felt like we were experiencing a blend of modern luxury and ancient history.
