The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The executive suite I stayed in had stunning views and was beautifully furnished. The buffet breakfast was absolutely fantastic. I really miss having it every day. The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, especially for accessing the Great Barrier Reef gateway.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Cairns for a few nights and it was the perfect location for my needs. It was just a short walk to the Reef Fleet Terminal, where all the diving and snorkeling trips embark. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. The views over the harbor were absolutely gorgeous, with boats in the water against a backdrop of untouched green mountains. The room service went above and beyond to meet my needs, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The 8th floor had stunning views. Honeymoon upgrade and sparkling wine in fridge. Friendly staff offered pool access after check-out. Convenient location with lots of nearby bars and restaurants.

Great experience at Hilton. The breakfast was delicious and the car park service was convenient. The location was also perfect for a quiet getaway. The view from the room was amazing and the bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. We loved the spectacular views of the waterfront and the city. It was a special birthday trip for my husband and the hotel prepared a sweet surprise with chocolates and a card. The hotel even upgraded us to a King Spa room which we absolutely enjoyed. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to everything. Lots of greenery added to the charm of the hotel. it was a very pleasant experience.

The noise from the doors closing can be a little disruptive at times.
