We loved the natural beauty of the area and the character and history of Parador De. the rooms were spacious and decorated in a monastic style, with modern bathrooms. the restaurant served delicious authentic Asturian dishes. the old library and courtyards were a must-see, and the staff were extremely helpful. Cangas del Narcea, just 2 KMs away, was a fascinating town to explore and dine in. the meditative music played throughout the property added to the tranquil atmosphere. one of the best stays on our trans-Iberian road trip.

Hard to think of anything 🤔. the breakfast room was quite warm and could be uncomfortable at times, and there were too few staff, leading to excessive waiting times.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The information pack they gave us was packed with great suggestions for things to do in the area, which was perfect for us as we love exploring. The hotel's location was ideal, nestled in a beautiful rural setting but also easily accessible from the coast. And let's not forget about the food - absolutely fantastic! We especially loved the turbot en papillote, it was simply delicious.

One small quibble was the limited dinner menu options, but the quality of the food more than made up for it. We also had a slight issue with the lighting in our room, but unfortunately it wasn't resolved during our stay.

We enjoyed the beautiful natural surroundings and the historical ambiance of the hotel. the breakfast spread was impressive and the swimming pool was a much-appreciated amenity. the staff were generally very helpful and accommodating.

The beds were a bit too firm for our liking and made sleeping difficult. the location was a bit remote, making it difficult to find and access nearby attractions.

We were blown away by the stunning renovation and tasteful modern decor of the Parador De. The spacious rooms and wide corridors added to the overall grandeur. The spa treatments were excellent, and the restaurant offered a great selection of traditional and lighter dishes. we highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and peaceful stay.

We were blown away by the sheer luxury and beauty of the hotel. The rooms were enormous, with his and her sinks and a separate shower and bath. The linens and pillows were top-notch, and the flooring was warm and comfortable. The building itself, a renovated monastery, was breathtaking. The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff went above and beyond with their table service. The breakfast buffet was also a hit, with made-to-order eggs and great coffee.

I had the most incredible stay at a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The architecture of the building was absolutely breathtaking, and my room was spacious and luxurious. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was like a mini spa. The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I had a fantastic experience at Parador De and would highly recommend it.
