the pools were amazing, and I particularly enjoyed the Beauty and Ayurveda centre where I had two incredible massages. the staff at the resort were incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. From little touches like providing a bathrobe for the pool and a bag to carry my towel to the luxurious feeling overall, I felt truly appreciated as a guest. They even surprised me with a bottle of wine and decorated my room for my birthday. the food at the resort was also excellent, with a great breakfast and a memorable dinner in the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Our stay was for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The location of the hotel is ideal, with a quick two-minute walk to the lake and easy access to nearby towns. The shuttle bus provided by the hotel was incredibly useful in exploring the area. The cleanliness and safety measures in place at the hotel were top-notch. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of options, and the glass of prosecco was a delightful way to start the day. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The spa facilities and multiple swimming pools were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with some offering a view of the pool or the lake. The breakfast buffet is varied, with a wide selection of options including fresh juices and salmon. The hotel also provides pool towels, bathrobes, and a pool bag for guests to use.

Some guests felt that the evening meals lacked variety, mainly consisting of fish or meat dishes without many other options.

Tons of pools, spotlessly clean, beautiful gardens, wonderful ambiance. Great breakfast, spacious rooms. Helpful staff, free shuttles, perfect location. Fantastic spa, amazing thermal pools. No issues finding sun loungers. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Xmas getaway experience! the extravagant decoration and charming ambiance made the holidays more enjoyable. the entertainment program during the Xmas period was fantastic, with carol singing, festive shows, and the presence of Santa delivering gifts to the children. the ice-skating rink and snow play area were great for the kids. We loved the cozy rooms with the comfortable beds and the beautiful lake view. the restaurant's food exceeded our expectations, with a great selection of dishes and a variety of wines to choose from.

Sadly, the Wi-Fi signal was inconsistent and weak, and the lack of tech in the rooms made it difficult to order room service or navigate through the hotel's facilities. the location, although peaceful and quiet, was far from the city center, making it challenging to access public transport.

I loved the location of this hotel - it was on the outskirts of Bardolino near the village Cisano, which meant it was away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to explore. The room service was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff kept everything clean and tidy. The hotel had a great shuttle service that was convenient for getting around. The terrace was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The breakfast bar was rich and the dinner at the restaurant was great, offering excellent meals at good value. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay special. From small touches like providing robes, towels, slippers, and a pool bag to the surprise birthday celebration and farewell bottle of wine. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

I got great value for my money at Caesius Thermae & Spa Resort. The room was fantastic and the bed was super comfy. The location by Lake Garda was perfect and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The hotel breakfast menu could use better organization and guidance from staff.
