While the hotel provides a great range of amenities, the lack of a separate refreshment station for hotel guests during weddings can be a bit awkward.

The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a beautiful terrace and garden area, perfect for enjoying a welcome drink or relaxing in the garden furniture. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. The dining experience was superb, with a restaurant offering a delightful buffet breakfast and a variety of delicious options for dinner. In addition, the hotel had a spa and wellness center, complete with a sauna, swimming pool, and massage services. we highly recommend this hotel for its enhanced comfort, quality services, and stunning mountain location.

Delicious meal in an amazing restaurant with fantastic views. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to provide cots for our twins and help with sterilizing bottles. Swimming in the pool with breathtaking views of the snow-capped Pyrenees was a highlight. I highly recommend this hotel.

Incredible mountain views and spacious rooms. We also appreciated the indoor pool on a chilly day. The hotel is located just a short walk from the town center, making it easy to venture out for meals or shopping.

Sadly, our stay was a bit of a disappointment. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and we could hear noise from road traffic throughout the night.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly polite and went above and beyond to assist us. They always greeted us with a smile and were eager to help. The bar at the hotel served a delicious sandwich, which gave us a taste of what was to come with the amazing breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was by far the best we have ever had at a hotel. The variety, quality, and the option for a hot breakfast made sure we started our day with all the energy we needed. As friends who enjoy going out at nights, we appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, allowing us to easily explore Vielha's nightlife.
